Concrete Cutting & Coring Services

Fourteen services, one crew. From a single ¼″ core to removing a warehouse floor, every job is wet cut, cleaned up and done to the plan.

Concrete Cutting

Concrete cutting covers every way of separating, opening or removing concrete with diamond tools instead of brute force.

Wall Sawing

Wall sawing uses a diamond blade mounted on a track that is bolted to the wall, so the saw moves in perfectly straight lines.

Slab Sawing

Slab sawing, also called flat sawing or floor sawing, uses a walk-behind saw with a large diamond blade to cut horizontal concrete: floors, driveways, sidewalks, roads and loading docks.

Wire Sawing

Wire sawing pulls a loop of diamond-impregnated cable through the concrete.

Hand Sawing

Some cuts are too small, too tight or too awkward for a track-mounted or walk-behind saw.

Expansion & Control Joint Cutting

All concrete shrinks as it cures, and that shrinkage will crack a slab somewhere.

Asphalt Cutting

A straight saw cut is what makes an asphalt repair last.

Core Drilling

Core drilling removes a clean cylinder of concrete, called a core, to leave a perfectly round hole through a wall, floor or ceiling.

Plumbing & Utility Cutting

New drains, water lines, conduit and floor boxes almost always have to go through or under concrete.

Curb Coring & Cutting

Curbs get cut for new driveways, accessible letdowns and drainage, and cored for downspout and storm connections.

Breaking & Removal

Removing concrete well starts with a cut.

Basement Openings

Turning a basement into a suite usually means cutting into the foundation: a separate entry door, larger windows for light and safe exit, and trenches in the floor for a new bathroom or kitchen.
