Basement Openings In SurreyNew Construction
Mid-rise and tower projects in City Centre and new neighbourhoods in Clayton and Grandview Heights need joint cutting on new slabs and coring for services between floors.
Expansion & Control Joint Cutting In SurreyIndustrial Parks
Warehouses in Campbell Heights, Port Kells and Bridgeview need trenches, slab removals and openings for new docks and equipment.
Slab Sawing In SurreySurrey’s Mix Of Old And New
In established neighbourhoods we are usually cutting into concrete that has been there for decades, which can mean dense aggregate and older reinforcing. In new areas the concrete is fresh and the timing of joint cuts matters most. We bring the right saws for both.
For municipal and utility work along Surrey’s busy arterial roads, night and weekend cutting keeps traffic moving.
